Current first-year and continuing students will get the opportunity select where they live for the 2025-2026 academic year through the Panther Housing Selection process. To learn more about the Panther Housing Selection process, click on the "learn more" button.

As a reminder, at Chapman, living in campus housing for three years is required for students who entered in fall 2024 or later. This requirement does not impact students who entered Chapman before fall 2024, who will continue to be required to live in Chapman Housing for their first two years.

Chapman University has limited housing available for graduate students. Students who are interested in living in graduate housing should contact their program for more details. However, it is recommended that graduate students should find alternative living arrangements off-campus.
