Who is your executive program open to?

Our customized executive programs are designed for emerging leaders, as well as C-suite executives and senior managers, who want to enhance their leadership and management skills. We customize programs for participants across industries, including nonprofits, and welcome participants from all functional areas, such as sales and marketing, operations, finance, and human resources.

What is the duration of a typical program?

The duration of our programs varies based on customization. On average, programs last 2-3 days, but we can accommodate anything from a focused 1-day session to a comprehensive 15-week course.

What should be expected before, during, and after the program?

Before the program, our Program Director will work with your development and leadership team to tailor the experience to your needs. Throughout the program, open communication is encouraged to address any questions. After the program, our Program Director will reach out to finalize details and complete the experience.

Will the participants earn university credits?

Our programs are part of non-degree programs and, therefore, do not offer university credits. However, you will receive a Certificate of Completion.

Can the course content be accessed on mobile devices?

Yes, the course website is accessible on both desktop and mobile devices. Our Program Director will provide instructions for access before the program starts.

How many team members from my organization can participate?

For in-person programs, we normally limit participation to 30-35 team members. For larger teams, an online format may be more appropriate. We aim to keep class sizes manageable to ensure that our faculty can provide responsive and personalized feedback to all participants, maintaining a high-quality learning experience.
