Our Vision
To empower Panthers to navigate a meaningful and productive transition from the classroom to their career journeys and beyond.

Our Mission
To provide strategic support for all Panthers’ career journeys by:  

1. Intentionally deepening and expanding our relationships with employers and alumni to enhance the quality and breadth of post-graduation opportunities;
2. Integrating career development throughout the lifecycle of a Panther, including by educating students and the Chapman community on the career competencies and global workforce skills sought after by employers; and
3. Amplifying our Panthers’ career readiness by helping them demonstrate the relevant skills they gain through the Chapman Experience.
